Job Summary

The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for showcasing the latest outfits in the stores to walk-in as well as prior appointment customers, effectively pitching outfits & converting walk in customers into sales while consistently achieving assigned monthly sales targets.

FC must possess strong product knowledge in luxury menswear, bridalwear & demonstrate excellent interpersonal & styling skills to build customer trust, enhance satisfaction & drive repeat business.

Requirements

The candidate must have prior experience of 2 to 4 years of working in high-end mens ethnic & bridal wear retail stores with proven ability to handle premium clientele & achieve monthly sales targets. Knowledge of Gujarati language is an advantage besides English & Hindi.

Location: Thane & Santacruz Stores.

Compensation package includes fixed Annual CTC between 4.5 to 6 Lakhs per annum plus a good variable package in terms of incentives on achieving the given monthly targets, which at times can exceed the fixed package for people doing excellent sales on a regular basis.
