Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati invites an experienced Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar team. The role combines hospitality flair with strong managerial expertise to inspire guest-focused service.

You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, manage recruitment, and drive bar sales while ensuring health and safety. A minimum of two years in a similar Bar Manager role is required.

• Encourage all Team members to demonstrate love and enthusiasm for the product.
• Develop a motivated high performing team, committed to exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food & drink menus, continuously testing the working knowledge of all team.
• Actively participate in sales and marketing activities relating to the bar, ensuring that team members are aware of and promoting such activities.
• Be responsible for all recruitment within the bar ensuring compliance of all stages of the recruitment cycle.
• Oversee all health and safety within the bar area ensuring all team members are compliant.
