Job summary

Raffles Udaipur, part of the Accor portfolio, seeks a dedicated F&B Ambassador in Udaipur, India to embody the brand at events and in daily guest interactions. You will promote offerings, deliver product knowledge, and cultivate strong guest relationships while supporting promotional initiatives with the sales and marketing teams.

You will engage diverse audiences, adapt presentations to audience needs, and stay informed on local trends and beverage knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for food and beverage offerings.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of promoting products and driving customer engagement.
• Proficiency in event coordination and brand representation activities.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, protocols, and best practices.

• Familiarity with the Udaipur market and local customer preferences (preferred).

• Represent the organization’s food and beverage brand at events, tastings, promotions, and hospitality functions throughout Udaipur.
• Engage with guests and potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, sharing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings, highlighting the unique qualities and benefits of our F&B offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales activities.
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times, adhering to company standards and protocols.
• Customize presentations and pitches based on audience preferences and market dynamics.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting F&B events, including setup, execution, and follow-up activities.
