Mahindra University is seeking a committed and passionate designer for all streams of design at Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor levels. We are looking for ideal candidates who are eager to create a paradigm shift in design pedagogy, facilitate dynamic career paths for students, and prepare them for the ever‑evolving technological landscape, while teaching B Des, M Des, and Ph.D. programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research in Design Innovation.
• Teach and mentor students in B Des, M Des, and Ph.D. programs.
• Develop and deliver innovative curriculum and courses.
• Collaborate with industry partners and partner with faculty across all disciplines at the University.
• Publish research findings in reputed journals and conferences.

• Three to five years of design practice in industry or consulting firms.
