Job summary

Bharat Earn Technology in Kolkata seeks a factory supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Howrah graphite/iron manufacturing facility. You will supervise production, ensure safety, coordinate maintenance, and optimize workflows to meet production targets.

Prior exposure to graphite/iron processes is beneficial. The ideal candidate will lead a small team, enforce quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality control to maintain efficiency and uptime in a fast-paced plant
