Job summary

Adani Transmission seeks a qualified Field Medical Officer to oversee employee health at the Korba Thermal Power Plant. You will provide medical care, conduct regular health screenings, and manage on-site emergencies as part of a collaborative health and safety program.

Collaborating with HR and Safety, you will help ensure regulatory compliance, develop health initiatives, and train staff in first aid and safety practices. A MBBS with AFIH and 8–13 years of sector experience are required.

Qualifications

• MBBS with AFIH certification.
• 8-13 years experience in metal, power, manufacturing, and health care industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to employees for injuries or illness.
• Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings.
• Manage medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with HR and Safety departments to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in incident investigations and provide medical expertise in risk assessments.
• Train employees on first aid, safety protocols, and health awareness.
• Maintain medical records and reports in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
