Job summary

Gladwin Group is hiring Factory Helper/Operators in Delhi to support production lines. The role involves material movement, packing, labeling, and dispatch tasks, along with maintaining cleanliness and assisting technicians.

Freshers are welcome, with 18–28 years age limit and 2 years of relevant exposure preferred. Candidates should be physically fit, capable of shifts if required, and possess basic communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 10th/12th or ITI education are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; prior job experience is not required.
• Any relevant ITI specialization will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Material handling and movement within production.
• Packing, labeling, and dispatch support.
• Housekeeping and workplace cleanliness.
