Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleAct as the liaison between the Company and appointed Cafeteria Operators to ensure smooth cafeteria operationsPlan, coordinate, and conduct monthly cafeteria audits and meetings with the Cafeteria Committee and OperatorsPerform quarterly cafeteria performance reviews, monitor service quality, and conduct cafeteria satisfaction surveysEnsure cafeteria compliance with local authority and Ministry of Health requirements, and liaise with relevant government agencies on cafeteria-related mattersDevelop, review, and update specifications, processes, and operational standards for catering servicesLead and implement continuous improvement initiatives for cafeteria processes and systemsManage cafeteria operational and maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective expenditureCommunicate and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issues, improvements, and operational changesManage user and stakeholder feedback and complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and provide timely reporting and recommendations to site managementYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeedBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, Food Science, or any other related fieldRelevant experience in cafeteria, catering, food service, facilities, or vendor management is an added advantageProven experience in vendor/contractor management and service performance monitoringStrong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory complianceStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage employees, vendors, and management teamsExperience handling customer complaints, conducting investigations, and implementing improvement actionsKnowledge of budget planning, cost control, and operational reportingExcellent communication, coordination, and presentation skillsNote: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
