You will manage vendors, budgets, space planning, and emergency response coordination, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

This on-site role offers a challenging environment in commercial real estate with opportunities to implement cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with vendor management, sourcing, negotiating contracts, and SLAs.
• Budgeting and cost control, with ability to propose capital expenditures.
• Asset and space management, including space optimization and renovations.
• Emergency handling, risk assessments, and coordination with first responders.
• Energy conservation opportunities, monitoring energy consumption, and optimization.
• Maintenance documentation, preventive maintenance scheduling, and data tracking.
• HSE procedures adherence, PPE usage, and safety training.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to ensure reliable operations.
• Manage external vendors and suppliers, including sourcing, contracts, and SLA monitoring.
• Track expenses, optimize the facilities budget, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate inventory of facility assets; coordinate workspace modifications and renovations.
• Lead emergency response drills, assess risks, and coordinate with internal teams and authorities.

Asset & Space Management • To Maintain an accurate inventory of facility assets and equipment for operational efficiency. Optimize space utilization • Coordinate in workspace modifications, relocations, and renovations. Emergency Handling: • Lead emergency response efforts during incidents such as fire, accidents, equipment failure, or natural disasters • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards. • Coordinate with internal teams, first responders, and government agencies. • Plan and execute emergency drills (e.g., fire, evacuation, medical emergencies). • Train teams on first aid, fire safety, and crisis communication. • Ensure proper functioning of backup power systems, fire suppression systems, and security infrastructure. Energy Conservation • Train teams on first aid, fire safety, and crisis communication. • Identify opportunities for reducing energy waste and improving operational efficiency. • Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and inefficiencies. • Recommend improvements to reduce costs and carbon footprint. • Work with facility HOD, operations teams, and engineers to optimize energy use. Maintenance Documentation • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. • Develop and update maintenance manuals, procedures, and guidelines. • Ensure proper documentation of spare parts inventory and usage. • Assist in developing and documenting preventive maintenance schedules. • Record and track equipment performance for predictive maintenance analysis. • Ensure proper data entry, tracking, and retrieval of maintenance records.
