Job summary

Narayana Health in India is seeking an experienced Hospital Operations and General Administration professional to lead non-medical services across a large multi‑discipline setup. You will oversee patient care support functions, HR, finance, marketing, procurement, SCM and nursing, and implement efficient processes under the direction of the Group CEO.

You will drive budgeting, performance metrics, resource allocation, and organizational development while ensuring compliance, quality, and cost

Job Purpose:

Responsible for operations and general administration in a large hospital setup. The role includes leading non-medical services, human resources, finance, marketing, procurement, SCM and nursing along with other responsibilities as designated by the Group CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement robust health information systems for monitoring and evaluation, including a system for continuous performance measurement based upon clinical indicators.

  • Allocate required resources.
  • Successful execution of business strategies for organization’s products and services.
  • Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.
  • Responsible for patient care, clinical operations, financial management, compliance, people management and the external interface with the local community.
  • To execute or participate in any work related assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate Requirements:
