Job summary

ETASHA Society is seeking a Facilitator to support the Digi-Vittiya Saksharta aur Suraksha program in government schools in Gurugram. You will conduct interactive sessions on digital and financial literacy, demonstrate safe digital practices, and help with assessments and reporting.

The role requires strong Hindi communication, basic English, comfort with digital tools, and willingness to travel to schools. Remuneration ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month, with benefits as per rules.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication in Hindi; working knowledge of English.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, the internet and digital apps.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students.
• Willing to travel to government schools in Gurugram.
• Experience in teaching or community programmes is an advantage.

About the Project

Digi-Vittiya Saksharta aur Suraksha is an initiative by ETASHA Society to promote digital literacy, financial literacy and cyber safety among Adolescents in government schools. The programme also creates awareness about relevant government schemes and digital services.

Role Overview

ETASHA Society is looking for a Facilitator - Digi-Vittiya Saksharta aur Suraksha to support the implementation of our digital literacy, financial literacy, and cyber safety programme in government schools in Gurugram. The role involves facilitating interactive sessions with students, demonstrating the safe use of digital services, creating awareness about financial safety and cyber threats, and supporting assessments and programme reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions on digital literacy, financial literacy and cyber safety.

• Explain basic banking concepts, digital payments and financial safety.
• Create awareness about cyber threats, online fraud, data privacy and cybercrime reporting.
• Share information about relevant government schemes and services.
• Conduct pre‑and post‑assessments and maintain student records.
• Coordinate with teachers and school authorities to ensure smooth programme implementation.
• Maintain attendance records, session documentation and regular updates for the project team.
• Follow organizational guidelines on child safeguarding and data privacy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Remuneration is Rs.20, 000/- to Rs.22, 000/- per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
