Responsibilities

• Develop site installation plans, sequence project activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment of project schedules and deliverables.
• Monitor site activities and supervise site engineers and supervisors to ensure quality and productivity.
• Prepare and review method statements, project progress reports, quality documentation, and other project-related records.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and maintain effective communication throughout project execution.
• Monitor material requirements, procurement schedules, deliveries, manpower, and equipment allocation.
• Monitor project costs, identify potential risks, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Faade Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to manage and execute faade projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of faade systems, site installation planning, project coordination, and team management, ensuring project quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop site installation plans, sequence project activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment of project schedules and deliverables.
• Site Supervision: Monitor site activities and supervise site engineers and supervisors to ensure quality and productivity.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and review method statements, project progress reports, quality documentation, and other project-related records.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Client Management: Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and maintain effective communication throughout project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 78 years of overall experience in faade engineering, faade contracting, or project management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in faade systems and project management.
• Strong understanding of faade systems, materials, installation methods, and construction practices.
• Experience in site installation planning, activity sequencing, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate effectively with clients and multiple stakeholders.
• Practical experience in resolving on-site technical challenges and ensuring quality execution.
• Candidates with experience in India or GCC projects will be preferred.
