Job summary

Job Description

• Design and development of facade and building envelope systems for airport terminal buildings and associated structures.
• Preparation of facade concept design, schematic design, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Design and analysis of curtain wall systems, glazing systems, skylights, aluminum cladding, and structural glazing.
• Perform structural analysis of facade systems considering wind loads, seismic loads, and thermal movements.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and airport planners.
• Review and approval of contractor shop drawings and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, airport design standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and technical support during installation of facade systems.
• Review mock-ups, prototypes, and testing reports such as air permeability, water penetration, and structural performance.
