Job summary

Meinhardt Facade Technology in Chennai, India, seeks a BIM Modeler specialized in façade systems to develop schematic and detailed models and build library components. You will base façade designs on modelling outputs and extend documentation for tenders, aligning with BIM standards.

You will work with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office to deliver timely, high-quality tender drawings and BIM deliverables for various building types.

Qualifications

• Experience in the relevant field 3-5 years.
• Well versed in Revit to complete models and tender drawings.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Hands on with MS Office products such as Excel and Word; experience in Revit Family creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling of façade systems and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor/ Diploma in Civil / Architectural disciplines
• Experience in the relevant field 3-5 years
• Well versed in Revit able to complete models, tender drawings in a timely and quality manner
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit,
• will have an added advantage
• Hands on with MS Office products such as Excel and Word Experience in Revit Family creation.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of common construction terminology and nomenclature as well as various building types and systems.
