Job summary

Fynd seeks a seasoned sourcing and export leader to manage high-quality fabric supplier networks and drive global export sales, ensuring supply reliability and product quality. You will own post-sale supplier relationships, run strategic reviews with senior leaders, and translate client needs into product actions, while building data-driven dashboards.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in fabric sourcing and international trade, with strong negotiation and P&L experience in a fast-growing

About the Role

Drive the company’s fabric sourcing and export growth by independently identifying, developing, and managing high-quality fabric suppliers across categories while ensuring commercial competitiveness, supply reliability, and product quality. The role will also own export sales efforts in international markets, building strong buyer relationships and contributing directly to revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term supply chain resilience.

What will you do at Fynd?

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale: onboarding, adoption, health, escalations, renewals, and expansion.
• Run weekly operational reviews and quarterly business reviews with Heads of Ecommerce, Operations Directors, and CTOs.
• Turn client problems into precise internal asks for product and engineering, and chase them to closure.
• Build adoption dashboards and reporting so every review is led by data, not opinion.
• Use AI daily: analysing usage and ticket data, building reporting agents and automations, drafting client-ready material.
• Travel to client sites across your region as needed for go-lives, reviews, and relationship building.

Some specific Requirements

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or Fashion Technology
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in fabric sourcing and raw material merchandising
• Proven track record of identifying and onboarding new fabric suppliers
• Experience in export sales and closing buyers in international markets
• Strong understanding of technical fabrics, quality standards, and supply chain processes
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements
• Prior experience with P&L ownership or margin improvement initiatives
• Exposure to multiple fabric categories and global sourcing markets
• Established network of fabric suppliers and international buyers
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented technology or consumer-led business
• Knowledge of export documentation, trade regulations, and international shipping processes
