The Hoxton Bengaluru City is seeking an F&B Controls Executive to manage food and beverage costs and strengthen internal controls at our new flagship hotel. Join a vibrant, international hospitality group launching in Bengaluru in 2026 and help shape cost governance for a premium guest experience.

You will partner with Culinary, F&B, Purchasing and Finance teams to deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service standards and guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, recipe costing and stock reconciliation.
• Experience in hotel cost control or finance roles in hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control F&B costs by reviewing purchases, issues, transfers and stock movements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
• Verify recipes, menu pricing and portion standards against cost percentages.
• Review revenue, discounts and wastage; investigate variances and recommend actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly F&B control reports for management review.
• Collaborate with Culinary, F&B, Purchasing, Receiving and Finance teams to strengthen controls.
• Conduct spot checks and audits of stores, bars, restaurants and banquets.
• Support month-end inventory valuation, financial closing and audits.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

We are looking for a F&B Controls Executive with us at The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs by reviewing daily purchases, issues, transfers and stock movements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts of food, beverages and operating equipment, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and reporting.
• Verify recipes, menu pricing and portion standards to ensure compliance with approved cost percentages.
• Review daily revenue, voids, discounts, complimentary items and wastage reports, investigating variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly F&B control reports, including food cost, beverage cost and inventory analysis for management review.
• Work closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Purchasing, Receiving and Finance teams to strengthen cost controls and operational efficiency.
• Conduct spot checks and audits on stores, bars, restaurants and banquet operations to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Support month-end inventory valuation, financial closing and audit processes.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality, service standards and guest satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, recipe costing and stock reconciliation.
• Experience with hotel PMS, POS systems, inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence operational teams and maintain effective working relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Hospitality Management or a related field; prior experience with hotel cost control systems will be an advantage.
