The Hoxton Bengaluru City is seeking a charismatic Banquet Executive to join our dynamic events team. Based in the heart of Bengaluru, you will support the Banquet Manager in delivering memorable meetings, weddings and social events while maintaining the brand's guest–centric standards.

You will coordinate banquet operations, lead the team, liaise with Kitchen and Stewarding, and ensure safety and high presentation standards.

Formación

• Experience in banquet service within hotels or events.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate a service staff.
• Strong knowledge of event operations and setup standards.

• Support the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless events.
• Coordinate banquet operations during shifts for smooth execution.
• Ensure function rooms are set to specification and well presented.
• Lead and support the banquet team to create a guest-focused environment.
• Work with Kitchen, Events and Stewarding for flawless delivery.
• Respond to guest requests and handle issues professionally.
• Monitor costs, equipment and supplies while maintaining efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health standards.
• Assist training and development of team members.

We are looking for a charismatic & experiencedBanquet Executive with us at The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large-scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Support the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless meetings, conferences, weddings and social events.
• Coordinate banquet operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional service and smooth event execution.
• Ensure all function rooms are set up to specification and maintained to the highest presentation standards.
• Lead and support the banquet team, creating a positive, guest-focused environment.
• Work closely with the Kitchen, Events and Stewarding teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve operational issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor departmental costs, equipment and supplies while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Support the training and development of team members, encouraging continuous improvement.
