Teleperformance in Jaipur (India) seeks a General Finance Manager to oversee daily financial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgeting and forecasting. The role involves analytical responsibility, investment advisory, and collaborative reporting with auditors.

You will provide financial guidance to leadership, support tax and regulatory filings, and coordinate with external consultants.

• Moderate supervision; can solve routine issues with guidance and occasionally deviate to improve standard procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day financial activities ensuring compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable/receivable, inventory and cost control, and budgeting and forecasting.
• Forecast short, medium, and long-term cash flow positions based on revenues and liabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend investments and financial instruments to meet cash flow needs.
• Advise management on financial matters and regulatory impacts on the organization.
• Provide expertise to managers to develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage financial responsibilities.
• Present findings and recommendations to top executives; prepare reports including P&L, balance sheets, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure all tax returns and related reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Select and manage relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure satisfactory service.

Job Description

General Finance Management is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the organization including:

• -Controlling its financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards
• -Financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting
• -Analyzing the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position
• -Evaluating and recommending investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs
• -Advising management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization
• -Providing expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
• -Presenting findings and recommendations to top executives; preparing financial reports that may include auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings
• -Ensuring all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time
• -Selecting and managing relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service

Positions on this level requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or basic technical education. Requires moderate supervision. Can solve routine issues independently, with occasional deviations or improvement to standard procedures.
