Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an Experienced Specialist in General Finance Management to oversee day-to-day financial activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and support strategic decision-making.

The role involves financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and presenting findings to senior leadership for informed decisions. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Controlling its financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards
• Financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable
• Inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting
• Analyzing revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast cash flow position
• Evaluating investments and advising management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations
• Providing expertise to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
• Presenting findings and recommendations to top executives; preparing financial reports including auditor and financial analyst reports, P&L, balance sheets, and regulatory reports
• Ensuring tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time

General Finance Management

General Finance Management is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the organization including:

• Controlling its financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards
• Financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting
• Analyzing the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position
• Evaluating and recommending investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs
• Advising management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization
• Providing expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
• Presenting findings and recommendations to top executives; preparing financial reports that may include auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings
• Ensuring all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time
• Selecting and managing relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service

Experienced Specialist in one specialized discipline as well as having a thorough understanding of related disciplines. Will most often be a driving force behind the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes or activities. Serves as final decision/opinion maker in the area, coaches, mentors and trains others on the area of expertise. Ensures the implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area OR support sub-function in the context of the strategy for the department. Ensures appropriate policies, processes & standards are developed and implemented to support short to medium term tactical direction. Leads a team of Specialists ,sometimes with several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
