Job summary

Novartis India in Hyderabad is seeking an External Workforce Management Process Specialist to optimize and support end-to-end external workforce processes. You will align with policies, ensure controls, and drive operational excellence across Fieldglass activities.

You will collaborate with global teams to provide timely guidance, resolve system incidents, deliver analytics, and maintain knowledge resources for affected countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, operations or related field.
• Experience supporting or administering SAP Fieldglass processes and solutions.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, controls and service delivery.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to countries without dedicated local support resources.
