Exponentia.ai is seeking a Qlik BI expert to own analytics solutions end-to-end, including dashboards, data modeling, and governance. You will work with data engineers and business teams to deliver scalable BI platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.

About The Role

We are looking for a Qlik professional with 6-8 years of experience who brings a rare blend of both administration and development expertise across Qlik Sense and QlikView. This role involves end-to-end ownership of analytics solutions, including designing dashboards, managing Qlik environments, ensuring system performance, and supporting business intelligence initiatives. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and business teams to deliver scalable and high-performing data solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and QlikView.
• Manage and administer Qlik environments, including server setup, upgrades, and security configurations.
• Develop efficient data models and perform data transformations using Qlik scripting.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Handle ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline optimization.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Qlik applications and infrastructure.
• Implement data governance, user access control, and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of BI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Qlik Sense, QlikView (both development and administration).
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience in managing Qlik servers, user roles, and security frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for large datasets.
• Exposure to data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS is a plus).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
