Siemens seeks an Expert House Engineer – Automation to lead end-to-end service delivery for DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI solutions across process and discrete industries. You will coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

The role requires strong automation knowledge, 6–10 years of BE/B.Tech or 8–12 years with Diploma, and willingness to travel to customer sites. You will deliver high-quality services, proposals, and lifecycle support.

• Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline with 8–12 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end service delivery and customer satisfaction for assigned customers.
• Manage and monitor automation service projects, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Prepare technical proposals and solution concepts based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lifecycle services.
• Drive timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
• Deliver high-quality Automation services and solutions for Process Industries and Discrete Manufacturing Industries.
• Build strong customer relationships, identify improvement opportunities, and generate service business leads to support growth.

Expert House Engineer – Automation

Role Summary

Responsible for customer-focused service delivery, project monitoring, proposal support, project execution, and lifecycle services for DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation solutions across Process and Discrete Industries. Ensure successful project delivery, high system availability, and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and quality service execution.

Required Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline with 6–10 years of experience.
• Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline with 8–12 years of experience.
