Job summary

Siemens Expert House Engineer – Automation role involves delivering customer-focused service delivery across multiple locations, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Delhi, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad and more.

You will monitor automation service projects, support commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lifecycle services to ensure high system availability and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation or Electrical with 6–10 years of experience.
• Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation or Electrical with 8–12 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for assigned customers.
• Manage automation service projects, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Prepare technical proposals and solution concepts based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lifecycle services.
• Drive timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
• Deliver high-quality Automation services and solutions for Process and Discrete Manufacturing industries.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify service growth opportunities.

Expert House Engineer – Automation

Role Summary

Responsible for customer-focused service delivery, project monitoring, proposal support, project execution, and lifecycle services for DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation solutions across Process and Discrete Industries. Ensure successful project delivery, high system availability, and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and quality service execution.

Required Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline with 6–10 years of experience.
• Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline with 8–12 years of experience.
