Job summary

Medpace Clinical Research India is seeking a full-time, office-based Senior SAS Programmer to join our Biostatistics team in Mumbai.

You will develop specifications, write SAS programs for analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures, and validate mapped databases with CDISC standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of SAS experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in math, statistics, health informatics, data science, computer science, or life sciences field.
• 5+ years' experience with SAS.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards.
• SAS Certification.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and Federal Regulations regarding electronic records.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Good English written communication required.

• Propose and develop specifications for new projects and lead a project team.

Responsibilities

• Propose and develop specifications for new projects and serve as a project team leader
• Write SAS programs for use in creating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures
• Using SAS, program, validate and maintain mapped database
• Program edit checks for external data
• Responsible for the setup, validation and maintenance of mapped databases, integration of external data with associated edit checks, writing programs independently with good quality for use in creating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.

Qualifications
