Job summary

Planlogic is hiring paraplanners to join our Bengaluru-based team, supporting Australian financial advisers with high-quality SOAs and ROAs. You will work on advanced planning topics, provide technical analysis, and ensure compliance with Australian standards in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring proven paraplanning experience, strong SOA/ROA skills, and thorough knowledge of financial planning strategies, with familiarity in XPLAN or similar tools.

• Proven experience in Australian paraplanning.
• Strong experience in preparing SOAs and ROAs.
• Good industry knowledge and technical understanding of financial planning strategies.
• Experience with XPLAN or similar financial planning software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong compliance awareness.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
