Medoralink in India is seeking a highly skilled ICU/Emergency physician to deliver 24/7 frontline critical care in high-acuity ICU settings. You will manage acute respiratory, cardiac, and septic patients under supervision, perform airway management and critical interventions, and document responses using EMR systems.

The role requires a BAMS with NMC registration, a PGDEMS or equivalent in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care, and ACLS certification, with at least 2 years ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Must have: BAMS degree with valid NMC registration.
• PGDEMS or equivalent diploma in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care.
• ACLS certification.
• Experience managing ICU patients for minimum 2 years.
• Proficiency in ICU monitoring systems (ECG, ventilator, ABG, SpO2).
• Strong clinical decision-making under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 24/7 frontline critical care support in ICU settings, managing acute respiratory, cardiac, and septic patients under senior supervision.
• Perform emergency interventions including airway management, IV access, monitoring, and drug administration following ACLS & ICU protocols.
• Document patient progress, vitals, and treatment responses in real-time using digital EMR systems and handover checklists.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied health to adjust care plans, escalate deteriorating cases, and coordinate discharges.
• Participate in ward rounds, multidisciplinary case reviews, and clinical audits to ensure adherence to clinical governance standards.
• Support training of junior medical officers and nursing staff on ICU procedures, emergency response, and documentation protocols.
