Job summary

Bindz Consulting in Pune seeks an Experienced Associate - Tax 1120 C to join its offshore tax services team. You will prepare US Corporate Income Tax (Form 1120) returns and support multi-state compliance under CaseWare, CCH Axcess and OIT.

The role requires 1–3 years of US tax experience, strong communication with clients and deadlines, and willingness to work onsite. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of US Corporate Income Tax (Form 1120) experience.
• Proficiency in OneSource Income Tax (OIT) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess, CaseWare, and FAS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of US Federal and State tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US Corporate Income Tax (Form 1120) returns using CaseWare and CCH Axcess.
• Perform trial balance imports, adjustments, and diagnostics clearing within CaseWare & CCH Axcess.
• Post data to organizer and assist in return preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project deliverables.
• Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and process improvement.
• Work onsite as required and contribute to team-based initiatives.
• Multi-state experience.

• Familiarity with CCH Axcess, Caseware, and Fixed Asset Software (FAS) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of US Federal and State tax regulations.
• Ability to handle trial balance imports, adjustments, and diagnostics within OIT.
• Knowledge of chart of accounts setup, TCCs, M-line mapping, and apportionment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with team members.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
