Job summary

Broadway is seeking a Footwear Experience Executive to visit customers at their homes across Delhi NCR to deliver a personalized footwear trial experience. You will guide customers through options, explain features, and ensure a premium product experience.

The role requires understanding footwear, sizing, and trends, with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. Travel to various customer locations will be routine.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in footwear, fashion retail, lifestyle retail, customer experience, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Good understanding of footwear, fit, sizing, styles, and product features.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first approach with a polished and professional personality.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and interacting with customers at their locations.
• Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be comfortable travelling to customer locations across Delhi NCR region.
