Job summary

Pradman Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. in Rajkot, Gujarat, is urgently hiring an Expeditor Engineer to manage production coordination, vendor follow-ups, and progress tracking.

The role targets candidates with machining workshop experience and strong process understanding. Location is Rajkot with Monday–Saturday work, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, and a focus on timely delivery across fabrication and machining processes.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE Mechanical is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a machining workshop.
• Exposure to forged and/or cast parts preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrication and machining processes is an advantage.
• Drawing reading is mandatory.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
• Documentation and reporting ability.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and vendor teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and track job/order status.
• Follow up with vendors and internal departments to meet delivery timelines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure smooth material flow across fabrication and machining processes.
• Identify delays and proactively drive corrective actions.
• Maintain expediting records, reports, and documentation.
• Support quality/inspection coordination when required.
