Job summary

Sid’s Farm, a growing D2C dairy brand, is seeking an Account Executive (Accounts Receivable) based in Hyderabad (On-Site) with 1–2 years of commerce experience. You will manage client accounts, ensure accurate reporting, and bridge client interactions with the finance team.

The role requires proficiency in accounting software, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Immediate joiners preferred and opportunities for growth are highlighted in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Commerce background with accounting exposure.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP or similar software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong communication and client coordination abilities.

• Ability to work independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Assist budgeting and long-range planning exercises.
• Conduct financial data analysis, prepare dashboards, and generate insights to support business decisions.
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and special assignments as needed.
• Help with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and drive process improvements.
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
• Assist in cost analysis and margin tracking of various business verticals.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Track financial KPIs and generate periodic performance reports.
• Help document financial processes and prepare SOPs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with a strong background in commerce and proficiency in tallying financial data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, and facilitating smooth interactions between the client and the company.

Reporting To: Costing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and under tight timelines
