Job Description:
Candidate able to handle AV/IT equipment, assisting in the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of audio-visual and IT systems, working on-site and traveling as required, supporting senior technicians in system setup and project execution, handling tools and proper documentation, good communication and willingness to learn.
- The candidate must be completed Higher Secondary in Pure Science (Physics, Chemistry & Math)
- Preference will be given to candidates holding Diploma / ITI / Certification in Electronics, Electrical, Audio-Visual Technology, IT, or other related technical disciplines.
- Candidates having completed internship, apprenticeship, or hands-on training in Electronics, Telecommunication, IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Audio-Visual Systems will be preferred.
- The candidate must possess basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, Windows Operating System, email communication, and basic networking concepts.
- The candidate must have the basic knowledge of IT peripherals such as monitors, projectors, displays, switches, routers, and conferencing equipment.
- The candidate must be willing to work at project sites, client locations, and travel as per project requirements.
- The candidate has good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- The candidate must demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies related to Audio-Visual, IT, and communication systems.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, schematic drawings, or ability to interpret technical drawings will be considered an added advantage.
- The candidate must follow basic safety practices while handling electrical and electronic equipment, including adherence to site safety guidelines.
- The candidate must demonstrate basic troubleshooting capability related to electronic, electrical, and AV systems.
- The candidate familiar with common tools and test equipment such as mustimeters, cable testers, and basic hand tools.
- The candidate capable of reading and understanding technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
- The candidate must be willing to work in flexible shifts, including weekends or extended hours, as per project requirements.
- The candidate must be physically fit to perform on-site installation activities, including equipment handling, cable pulling, rack mounting, and working at heights (with proper safety measures).
- The candidate must be capable of preparing basic documentation, installation reports, service reports, and maintenance checklists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation and setup of AV/IT equipment such as Displays, projectors, audio systems, and control systems
- Support basic troubleshooting and maintenance of AV/IT systems
- Handle cabling, wiring, and connectivity of equipment
- Provide basic remote/online support when required
- Maintain proper documentation, site reports, and checklists
- Coordinate with team members and follow project timelines
Ensure proper handling and safety of tools and equipment.
