Job summary

Geo-Chem India in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Team Leader to guide a team of analysts and act as Signing Authority for food testing reports, ensuring top quality and strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include method development/validation for pesticide and antibiotic testing, maintaining QC/QA, client communications, and efficient resource management while upholding ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

Qualifications

• B.Sc degree with 6–10 years in food testing.
• Experience leading analysts and managing a team.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure accurate, timely reports.
• Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods for pesticides and antibiotics.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance to maintain accreditation.
