Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista , y ou will be responsible for bringing StayVista’s properties to life through thoughtful styling and compelling visual storytelling. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end photography operations, ensuring every image aligns with and reflects our brand standards.

About You .

• Style properties for photoshoots to ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with StayVista’s brand identity
• Use architectural and interior styling sensibilities to highlight unique property features
• Coordinate with property caretakers and owners to ensure readiness before shoots
• Schedule and manage photoshoots across PAN India with internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain a strong database of photographers and stylists
• Support photographers virtually and on-ground to ensure smooth execution
• Anticipate and resolve on-ground challenges such as logistics, styling gaps, and last-minute changes
• Ensure all shoots are completed within defined turnaround timelines (TAT)
• Review, shortlist, and sequence photos post-shoot before sharing with the listing/marketing team
• Ensure all images adhere to brand guidelines and effectively showcase property USPs
• Maintain a centralized database for shoots, expenses, and deliverables
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and external vendors for timely execution
• Manage relationships with property stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
• Negotiate, onboard, and manage photographers and stylists across PAN India
• Track and manage shoot-related expenses while ensuring budget adherence
• Prepare regular reports on shoot pipeline, photographer performance, and styling quality
• Use Google Sheets and Docs for coordination, reporting, and record management
• Travel across India for photoshoots as required
• Adapt to diverse property environments, from luxury villas to boutique stays
• Apply a strong eye for design, interiors, and styling in all tasks
• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi with all stakeholders
• Stay highly organized with strong project management capabilities
• Proactively solve problems and make quick, practical decisions during shoots
• Manage multiple shoots simultaneously with efficiency
• Bring a creative mindset along with ownership and accountability
• Remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

• Prior experience in styling and executing photoshoots for luxury hospitality, villas, or premium real estate brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual storytelling

• Turnaround Time (TAT) Adherence – % of shoots scheduled and delivered within timelines (≥ 95%).
• Property Readiness & Styling Quality – Internal quality rating of styled properties/photos (≥ 4/5).
• Stakeholder & Photographer Coordination – % of shoots completed without reschedules/cancellations (≥ 90%).
• Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Average resolution time for on-ground issues, with minimal escalations.
• Vendor & Photographer Network Growth – # of active photographers/stylists onboarded PAN India per quarter.
• Content Delivery & Accuracy – % of photo sets delivered error-free and aligned with brand standards (≥ 95%).
• Budget & Expense Tracking - Variance between budgeted and actual shoot expenses (≤ 10%).
