Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for RCM processes (AR, Billing, Collections, etc.)
• Analyze KPIs such as AR Days, Collection Efficiency, Denial Rates, Productivity & Quality metrics
• Automate reports to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of RCM processes (AR, Billing, Denials, Payments)
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
• Sound communication and presentation skills
