SAI Life Sciences seeks an Instrumentation & Automation specialist with hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming for pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will calibrate equipment and maintain automation systems to ensure consistent production.

You will work with Schneider PLC platforms (Modicon M340, M580, Quantum, Premium), and Eco Struxure Control Expert, supporting qualification, validation, change controls, and GMP-compliant documentation in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming in pharma manufacturing.
• Experience with calibration and maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with GMP documentation, SOPs and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Execute calibration activities as per approved schedules.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Automation Systems including PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
• Develop, modify, validate, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for manufacturing and utility systems.
• Work on Schneider PLC platforms (Modicon M340, M580, Quantum & Premium PAC/PLC).
• Hands-on experience with Eco Struxure Control Expert software.
• Handle instrumentation maintenance, shutdown activities, and breakdown analysis.
• Implement approved automation and instrumentation change controls.
• Support qualification and validation activities from an instrumentation perspective.
• Ensure compliance with GMP documentation, SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project and maintenance activities.
