Job summary

Creative Indians in Noida is seeking a hands-on QA and training coordinator to manage manpower in the quality control process for rolling stock. You will train new joiners, update skill matrices, and ensure compliance with documented procedures.

The role includes conducting product and process audits, preparing daily issue root-cause summaries, and coordinating with inspectors and cross-functional teams to address major issues and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to train new joiners and update skill matrices.
• Knowledge of audit processes and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manpower handling of quality control in Process from Rolling stock domain.
• Provide training to new joined employee and update skill matrix as per schedule.
• QPC/QWI & QC line related documents Preparation & Provide training to operators/Inspectors
• Conduct Product & Process audit as per Drawing and BOM.
• To Prepare Root Cause summery of daily major issue in PPT.
• To Prepare Defective parts Rejection report.
• Discuss last day major issue/market Complain/Design information with inspector & CFT team.
