Job summary

LID Infra in Mumbai seeks a capable professional to coordinate statutory approvals for redevelopment projects across the MMR, liaising with government authorities and external consultants from proposal to sanction.

You will apply Development Plan provisions under MRTP Act 1966, DCPR-2034 and UDCPR to assess feasibility, maximise FSI and unlock land potential, while verifying inputs and issuing timely communications with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating approvals with government authorities.
• Familiarity with MRTP Act/UDCPR provisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statutory approvals for redevelopment projects with MHADA, MCGM, and local bodies.
