Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Purchase Support Executive with 3-4 years of procurement experience in Pune, Maharashtra. You will manage end-to-end purchasing, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and handle invoice-related issues in a fast-paced setting.

Knowledge of P2P, 3-way matching, and ERP systems is essential. Bachelor in Commerce or related field is required; exposure to SAP Ariba and SAP MM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or supply chain.
• 3-4 years in procurement, purchasing support, or P2P operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement and purchasing operations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Create and process PRs and POs in ERP systems; follow up with suppliers.
• Review invoice discrepancies and resolve blocked invoices; ensure timely payments.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Support Executive with 3-4 years of experience in procurement support activities. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end purchasing process, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing purchase documentation, and resolving invoice-related issues. Knowledge of invoice blocking and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement and purchasing operations.
• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems.
• Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgements, delivery schedules, and pending shipments.
• Coordinate with requestors, warehouse, finance, and vendors for smooth procurement execution.
• Monitor open POs and ensure timely closure.
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies related to PO, Goods Receipt (GR), pricing, and quantity mismatches.
• Analyze and clear blocked invoices by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, and finance teams.
• Support invoice reconciliation and ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain procurement records, purchase documentation
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing support, or P2P operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience in purchase order processing and procurement support activities.
• Knowledge of invoice blocking and blocked invoice resolution.
• Understanding of 3-way matching (PO, GR, and Invoice).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP MM and SAP Ariba module.
• Exposure to Service now, Windchill, Winshuttle etc.
• Knowledge of vendor management and invoice reconciliation processes.
• Resolution on blocked invoices
