Jubilant Pharma, LLC in India is seeking a Production Operator to manage operation and cleaning of equipment in the process area. You will support production planning, monitoring consumption of raw materials, packing materials, and solvents on the shop floor, and ensure documentation is maintained for BMR, BPR, and BCR.

The role requires knowledge of basic cGMP, problem solving attitude, and the ability to handle manpower on the shop floor while planning day-to-day activities.

Formación

• Knowledge of unit operations and unit processes in pharma manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of cGMP principles.
• Ability to document activities (BMR/BPR/BCR).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and clean equipment in the process area.
• Troubleshoot equipment during production runs.
• Assist in production planning and consumption of raw materials and solvents.
• Complete BMR/BPR/BCR documentation and related records.
• Adhere to safety, health and environment monitoring in the process area.

Operation and Cleaning of Equipment's used in the process area.

Trouble shooting of the equipment's during process.

Production Planning:

Manufacturing and packing of the products as per BMR / BPR.

Consumption of Raw and packing material and solvents in shop floor.

Safety, health and environment:

Online monitoring of the environment conditions in process area.

Desired Certifications: cGMP certificates, Ms Office, SAP preferred

Functional Skills:

Handling of unit operations and unit process.

Documentation capabilities like filling of BMR / BPR/BCR etc.

Knowledge of basic cGMP
