Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an Executive - Production. The role follows the Manager-Production's instructions and involves shift production activities, logging shift work, ensuring materials and batch sheets are ready, and maintaining compliance with GMP standards.

The candidate will train operators on SOPs, coordinate maintenance, monitor PPE, and reinforce safety and SHE practices across the team. A Bachelor of Science degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities.
• Maintain the logbook for shift activities.
• Ensure raw materials are prepared and batch sheets are filled correctly.
• Plan and execute shift-related activities during batch execution.
• Ensure online documentation during batch execution and daily updates.
• Conduct SOP training for operating personnel on GMP basics.
• Coordinate with Engineers to complete maintenance jobs on time.
• Monitor PPE usage and keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report them to the supervisor.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers, and contract workers.
