Responsibilities

About The Opportunity

The lifestyle industry is driven by culture, conversations, and trends. From fashion and beauty brands to hospitality, wellness, food, entertainment, and consumer businesses, every brand has a story waiting to be told.

We're looking for an Executive PR who understands how to make Lifestyle brands relevant, aspirational, and newsworthy. If you're passionate about storytelling, building media relationships, spotting trends, and driving impactful PR campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to create meaningful visibility for brands that influence culture and consumer conversations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and nurture relationships with journalists across Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment, Hospitality, Food, Wellness, Consumer, Business, and Digital media.
• Pitch relevant, timely, and creative stories that secure meaningful media coverage.
• Draft press releases, media notes, bylined articles, thought leadership pieces, founder narratives, brand stories, and other PR communication.
• Track lifestyle trends, pop culture, fashion and beauty movements, consumer behaviour, emerging brands, celebrity conversations, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and proactive communication.
• Support brand launches, product launches, events, collaborations, partnerships, influencer activations, experiential campaigns, and other brand-led initiatives.
• Identify storytelling opportunities around brand innovation, consumer trends, product launches, founders, collaborations, business growth, cultural moments, and industry developments.
• Support influencer and creator outreach and coordination as part of integrated PR campaigns.
• Create presentations, media reports, campaign trackers, and basic creatives using Canva.
• Monitor media coverage and provide actionable insights to clients.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of the Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment, Hospitality, Food, Wellness, Consumer, and Digital media ecosystem.
• Ability to identify interesting and relevant story angles and pitch them with strong news value.
• Excellent writing skills across multiple formats and platforms.
• Comfortable handling media follow-ups and managing multiple client accounts.
• Ability to convert client briefs into compelling communication with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with Canva for presentations and basic creatives.
• Strong understanding of trends, pop culture, and consumer conversations.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious, proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requisites

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications.
• Prior PR agency experience is mandatory.
• Experience working with Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Wellness, Entertainment, Consumer, D2C, or Luxury brands is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Established media relationships within Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment, Business, or Digital publications will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and managing multiple priorities.
