Job summary

Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Packaging Artwork Specialist to develop and manage packaging artworks in line with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Manufacturing Sites, Regulatory, CQA/R&D, and Purchase to ensure timely approvals and publication of final artworks, while maintaining meticulous documentation and version control.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging or artwork preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory packaging requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple artwork projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory acts and schedules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage artwork packaging per brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Manufacturing Sites, Regulatory, CQA/R&D, and Purchase.
• Review and approve colour proofs, shade cards, and final artworks.
• Obtain timely approvals and issue to manufacturing sites for execution.
• Maintain documentation and traceability throughout artwork lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Drug & Cosmetics Act rules and schedules.
• Support artwork changes, version control, and vendor communications.
• Maintain records of approved artworks, proofs, and revisions.

Job Description Summary

• Develop and manage packaging artworks as per regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
• Co-ordinate with Marketing, Manufacturing Sites, Regulatory, CQA/R&D, Purchase and other relevant departments for artwork development and approval.
• Review and approve the colour proofs, shade cards and final artworks.
• Obtain timely approvals for artworks, proofs and shade cards from the respective stakeholders and issue to Manufacturing Sites and Purchase for execution.
• Ensure artwork compliance with applicable Drugs & Cosmetics (D&C) Act rules and schedules for packaging materials.
• Co-ordinate artwork changes, corrections and version control to ensure the latest approved artwork is implemented.
• Support timely resolution of artwork-related queries and discrepancies between departments and vendors.
• Maintain effective documentation and traceability throughout the artwork lifecycle.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of approved artworks, colour proofs, shade cards and revisions.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of packaging artwork development and approval processes.
• Working knowledge of Drugs & Cosmetics Act Rules and relevant schedules.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good co-ordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple artwork projects and deadlines.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging / artwork will be an added advantage.
