The Whole Truth is seeking an Executive – Packaging Material to manage packaging material availability, inventory, inward/outward movement and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams across Mumbai.

The role is based at the Bhiwandi Plant with regular travel to Mumbai warehouses. Requires 2–4 years in Packaging Material/Stores/Inventory with FMCG/foodIndustry exposure and strong MS Excel skills.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Packaging Material / Stores / Inventory / Warehouse / Supply Chain.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing or a similar industry will be preferred.
• Good understanding of packaging materials and inventory management.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day packaging material inventory at the plant and warehouses.
• Ensure timely availability of packaging materials as per production and dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Stores and Warehouse teams for packaging material requirements.
• Track material inward, consumption, stock levels and movement between locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers and system entries.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify inventory variances.
• Coordinate with warehouses for packaging material transfers and replenishment.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight potential shortages in advance.
• Support planning of packaging materials based on production and dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for material availability, quality and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of packaging materials.
• Support investigation and closure of material shortages, damages and discrepancies.
• Prepare regular MIS reports related to stock, consumption, ageing, shortages and material movement.
• Visit different Mumbai warehouses as required for stock audits, reconciliation and operational support.

About the Role

We are looking for a Packaging Material Executive who will be responsible for managing packaging material availability, inventory, inward/outward movement, quality coordination, and warehouse-level packaging material requirements.

The role will be based at our Bhiwandi Plant, with regular travel to different warehouses across Mumbai based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day packaging material inventory at the plant and warehouses.
• Ensure timely availability of packaging materials as per production and dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Stores and Warehouse teams for packaging material requirements.
• Track material inward, consumption, stock levels and movement between locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers and system entries.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify inventory variances.
• Coordinate with warehouses for packaging material transfers and replenishment.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight potential shortages in advance.
• Support planning of packaging materials based on production and dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for material availability, quality and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of packaging materials.
• Support investigation and closure of material shortages, damages and discrepancies.

• Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs and applicable TWT policies and guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging material management and inventory control.
• 2–4 years of experience in Packaging Material / Stores / Inventory / Warehouse / Supply Chain.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing or a similar industry will be preferred.
• Good understanding of packaging materials and inventory management.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai warehouses as per business requirements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
