Job summary

Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited is seeking a Wet Milling Operator to operate and monitor wet milling equipment and associated process systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production in a starch and corn wet milling environment.

Preferred candidates will have experience in starch, food processing, corn wet milling plant operations including cor cleaning, silo management, vat filling, and by-product handling, with diligent attention to process parameters and housekeeping.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

The Wet Milling Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring wet milling equipment and associated process systems to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. Must have experience in Starch, Food Processing, Corn Wet milling plant in Cor Cleaning,Silo,Vat Filling, Wet milling and by-product field operation.

Preferred candidate profile

• perate wet milling machines and associated equipment as per approved SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor and maintain critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, speed, milling time, concentration, and feed rate, as applicable.
• Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and maintain the required material-to-water/solvent ratio as per process requirements.
• Monitor the milling process and identify abnormal conditions, equipment noise, vibration, leakage, or changes in process performance.
• Carry out routine inspection of pumps, agitators, mills, valves, pipelines, filters, and other associated equipment.
• Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of the wet milling area.
