Job summary

BrightHush, a reputed AI/infrastructure company, seeks an Executive Operations Coordinator to support the CEO's day-to-day needs. You will manage the CEO's calendar, communications, and logistics, coordinating across teams to optimize time and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 13 years startup-like experience in tech
  • Proven ability to manage CEO-level priorities and sensitive information

  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Demonstrated cross-functional influence without formal authority
  • Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area or reside there

Job description

The Executive Operations Coordinator will support the CEO's operational needs, managing scheduling, communications, and logistics to enhance the CEO's reputed company on company reputed company.

Responsibilities
  • You own the CEO's schedule and use it to strategically spend his time
  • You'll handle and prioritize incoming emails, take notes and send reputed company items to other team members, and work with the CEO to reputed company out what type of follow-up works best
  • You'll prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and own the follow-up
  • You'll support execution tracking deliverables, coordinating across teams, flagging reputed company something's slipping, and keeping the machinery running once the reputed company is set
  • Occasionally you'll book a dinner reservation, coordinate a personal appointment, or handle something that doesn't fit neatly into a work category
  • Discretion is a baseline requirement
