Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in Sriperumbudur invites an Executive N - QA to join the Quality Assurance team, focusing on inspection, testing, and process adherence.

You will participate in audits, calibration, and continuous improvement initiatives across materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with APQS, SMS, and EMS.

The role requires timely responses to market feedback and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely inspection and testing of incoming Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates & Finished Goods.
• Calibrate and conduct preventive maintenance of the reference/master samples & testing instruments as per guidelines.
• Conduct quick analysis of customer complaints and respond timely response to field.
• Carry out audits as per defined schedule and guideline; perform closure of the gaps as per agreed timelines.
• Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS & EMS) and provide suggestions for improvement in case of any gap.
• Participate in initiatives pertaining to Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and Environment improvement.

Inspection & Testing
