Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in India is seeking a fresher with a chemistry background for Calibration & Maintenance, audit, and process adherence roles within our manufacturing environment. You will calibrate instruments, analyze complaints, support improvement initiatives, and participate in manufacturing excellence activities.

The position targets candidates under 26 with BSc or MSc in Chemistry, eager to learn and contribute to quality, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Chemistry required.
• Age under 26 years.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and conduct preventive maintenance of reference/master samples and testing instruments as per guidelines.
• Analyze customer complaints from the market and respond promptly.
• Carry out audits as per defined schedule and close gaps within agreed timelines.
• Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS & EMS) and conduct self-assessment with improvement suggestions.
• Participate in initiatives for Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and Environment improvement.
• Participate in Manufacturing Excellence and Behaviour Based Safety (BBS).

Job description

Calibration & Maintenance

Calibrate & conduct preventive maintenance of the reference/master samples & testing instruments as per guidelines

Customer complaint analysis

Conduct quick analysis of complaint received from the market and respond timely response to field

Audit

Carry out audits as per defined schedule and guideline

Perform closure of the gaps as per agreed timelines

System Adherence

Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS & EMS)

Conduct Self-assessment as per process and Provide suggestion for improvement incase of any gap

Improvement

Participate in initiatives pertaining to Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and Environment improvement

Manufacturing Excellence

Participation in Manufacturing Excellence.

BBS

Participation in Behaviour based Safety.

Age: Less than 26 years

Qualification: Candidate should be BSc-Chemistry, MSc-Chemistry
