Job summary

Rallis in Ankleshwar, India is seeking a capable professional to oversee calibration of lab instruments and NABL-related activities. The role covers pre-despatch inspections, COA preparation, and meticulous lab documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.

The candidate will participate in analytical method validation, sampling for registration samples, and support process development with careful investigation of non-conformities within EPM processes.

• Calibration of lab instruments.
• NABL activities & Documentation.
• Pre despatch Inspections.
• Certificate of Analysis Preparation
• Labelling & maintaining Lab documents.
• Analytical Method Validation.
• Sampling, packing & COA preparation for IBD & Registration samples.
• Conducting process development & process trouble shooting experiments.
• Accountable for execution of the process and for non conformity / incidents originating from the breach of the EPM processes.
• Accept responsibility & ownership for IMS, demostrate a commitment towards system
• Ensure the Quality, EHS and Energy policy and objectives are developed establish and are achieving intended results
• Managers/ In-charge accountable for esthablish IMS personnal to suport effeclivelly maintained IMS.
• Develop, document, formulate and communicate organization policy that support its purpose and organization context
