Job summary

Walplast Products is seeking a Marketing Operations/Sales Coordination professional in Navi Mumbai to support commercial processes and MIS through SAP operations and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

The role involves tracking marketing transactions, PR/PO processing, stock allocations, POSM gifts, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of requirements with frontline sales and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Marketing Operations / Sales Coordination / Commercial Operations; preferably 13 years

Responsibilities

• Track and update marketing-related transactions and maintain MIS.
• Handle SAP operations and commercial processing.
• Coordinate with Finance, SAP, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and process PR/POs.
• Coordinate with the frontline sales team for POSM and influencer meet gift stocks.
• Manage stock allocations and coordinate dispatches.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of marketing-related requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
