Job summary

Bunge is seeking an Executive – Logistics at its Kandla plant in Gujarat, India. The role focuses on dispatching finished, semi-finished and by-products as per customer schedules, while managing logistics within budget and coordinating with packaging and transport teams for daily dispatches.

The candidate should have a graduate degree (B.Com/BBA) with 3–5 years in edible oil logistics, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate (B. Com/ BBA) with 3–5 years in edible oil industry.
• Experience in bulk and finished goods dispatch is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and cost analysis in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Handling of Bulk and Finished Goods dispatch activities
• Coordination with Packaging department for daily dispatch
• Analysis of Freight Cost and efficiency in Logistics Operations
• Market Enquiry and Freight Negotiations
• Co-ordination with Transport Agents for arrangement of Transport Vehicles
• Preparation of Sales delivery order, E-way billing, GR/IR in sap system
• MIS preparation related to logistic department
• Ensure documentation of Raw material
• Managing Weigh Bridge operations
• Make GRN of Crude Oils Day to day basis
• Maintaining Turnaround Time as determined
